LOW IMPACT PAINTBALL

Combat Zone Paintball is excited to offer All inclusive Low Impact paintball for players aged 8 and up (with no upper age limit). This version provides 70% less impact than standard paintball while maintaining the same game fields, scenarios, props, and pyrotechnics—ensuring 100% of the fun. The paintball markers run at a reduced speed and a smaller paintball. In testing players couldn’t tell the difference between low impact and standard paintball while enjoying all the full with just less sting!
We use the new Tippman FT50 markers, which offer state-of-the-art equipment, perfect for beginners. These markers fire smaller paintballs—one-third the size of a standard ball—resulting in a gentler impact while maintaining the same range as standard markers.
Low Impact is offered as an all-inclusive package, covering everything including paintballs. Each session includes at least six games, with each player’s gun loaded with 100 paintballs at the start of each game.

.50 Caliber Vs. .68 Caliber Paintball
Paintball has traditionally been associated with pain and bruising, but that’s no longer the case! With Low Impact paintballs, both kids and adults can enjoy the sport with much less discomfort. These smaller, lighter .50-inch paintballs are more fragile than the standard .68 caliber paintballs, reducing the sting upon impact and making the experience more enjoyable.
A .68 caliber paintball weighs 3 grams, while a .50 caliber paintball weighs only 1.25 grams—about the same as a paperclip. Using the weight and average velocity of both types, we can calculate that Low Impact paintballs deliver significantly less force upon impact.
