TERMS & CONDITIONS

All bookings within 7 days of game date are strictly non-refundable. All bookings outside of this period are subject to a 50% refund upon cancellation. Our 100% money back guarantee is only offered to bookings that are booked at least 14 days in advance and are cancelled within 24 hours of that booking being made. All cancellations must be made via email to avoid any time discrepancies.

All bookings must be paid for in advance by debit/ credit card by calling our office telephone number.

Combat Zone Paintball Ltd reserve the right to cancel your booking without prior notice. In the event of cancellation on our behalf, an alternative date or full refund will be offered.

If your event is cancelled by us due to severe weather a refund will not be offered as this is out of our control. If you wish to postpone or change the date of your event we must have 14 days notice. If a change of date is requested by the client then an administration fee of £20 may be charged.

Events cancelled due to circumstances outside of our control, (which may include but not limited to acts of god, government restrictions, weather) no refunds will apply, instead groups will be offered new dates when available to do so which may be valid for up to 12 months.

For bookings of 50 or more players we are unable to offer any percentage refund unless cancelled a minimum of 3 months before the date of the event in which case a 50% refund will apply. Any cancellation within the 3 month period will not be eligible for a refund. Players must adhere to rules and regulations at all our venues on the day of their event.

Players should remain courteous to staff and game marshals at all times. Failure to do so may lead to you being asked to leave the site without a refund. Players must arrive on site at the specified start time on your confirmation. Players must be present for the safety briefing, failure to attend the safety briefing can lead to your event being cancelled and no refund or amendment will be offered. Your booking is not confirmed until you have received an e-mail confirmation.

In receipt of your confirmation you must check that all the details are correct, as amendments may not be possible at a later date. You will be required to take a copy on the day as proof of your booking. Players that fail to turn up on the day of your event forfeit their 100 paintballs. Paintballs are in no circumstances transferable to other members of the group.

Additional paintballs can only be purchased on site and you are not permitted to bring your own. Paintball prices are subject to change. Bulk rates of paintballs cannot be split between players at some of our venues, please enquire upon booking to find out if you are able to split them between players.

Refunds are at Combat Zone Paintball Ltd’s discretion.

Combat Zone Paintball Ltd reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time, without warning. Your confirmation email or letter will be sent on the day you make your booking. If you do not receive either within 48 hours it is your duty to contact us as we are not responsible for ensuring you have received it. Not suitable for pregnant women, people suffering from epilepsy, high blood pressure or heart conditions. Combat Zone Paintball Ltd have a zero tolerance policy with regard to any threatening or abusive behaviour made towards any of our staff members or any staff members working at our venue. If any threats or abuse are received from a customer, we reserve the right to withdraw any booking the customer may have in place, and refuse further communication with the customer.
